Teachers as Artists & Training
During longer term projects, it is advisable to structure some creative development for the staff involved and others who are interested in the process. This then allows staff to feel confident with the processes when involving the children.

From 2005 I have delivered several teacher workshops for Play Train in Birmingham which is based around creativity in Early years, uses of 3D and sculpture and textiles for young children. I will also offer teachers days within schools to help creativity, team building and skill development.

Training has also been delivered for Nottingham and Worcestershire EYDCP to encourage creativity.
